Customization & Software Development

Our customers can choose between a simple plug-n-play solution and higher levels of customization. DIRA prides itself on providing a perfectly tailored solution for every need. Our development engineers can work with customers to ensure that our products are customized to their requirements (integration with other components, graphical user interface appearance, localization, private label support etc). Moreover, our products are designed as a construction set to permit the customer to choose from various options (grid, ion chamber, mechanical adaptor, bucky, stand) and modify the configuration quickly and easily to satisfy the requirements of the most demanding end-users.

Training

DIRA professionals are happy to share our experience and knowledge in digital radiology collected for over a decade. DIRA offers comprehensive range of training courses (available both on-site and remotely) on a variety of topics, including installation and use of our products, systems integration and general subjects in radiology helping OEM customers to keep up to date with the current trends in digital radiology as well as providing practical insights into the equipment and its functioning to derive the utmost benefits.

Support

DIRA stands by its products 24/7 and in every corner of the world. For all our OEM customers we provide technical support – in our facilities, in the field, or remotely. All DIRA products are supplied with a full set of spare parts, which can be replaced by the OEM customer on site; there is no need to dismantle the equipment for repairs, resulting in shorter downtimes that depend solely on the travel time from the OEM customer to the end-user.

DIRA products are designed and manufactured in-house. Customers’ feedback is immediately transferred to the product development department; all comments, remarks and observations are taken into consideration and changes are being constantly implemented in the process of products improvement.

DIRA systems and OEM products are easy to maintain on-site by local team of engineers. In an unlucky and unlikely situation of products failure customers need not send any parts or components of the system to the third party (e.g. detectors), DIRA team provides comprehensive services and any kind of repairs.
